Still white wine from Alto Adige, 13.5% ABV, produced by Abbazia di Novacella. 2023 vintage, 100% Gruner Veltliner. A wine born from the Abbey’s centuries-old tradition, where viticulture is an art passed down from generation to generation. Ripe apple, quince, honey, and cumin on the nose. Medium-intense golden yellow. Strong and generous on the palate, with firm fruit and intense aromas reminiscent of anise and pepper. A wine that expresses the typicality of the terroir and a passion for quality.
