Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut Champagne by Alain Couvreur, produced in the Champagne region of France, 100% Chardonnay, 12.5% ABV. An extra brut classic method that expresses the elegance of Chardonnay through notes of tropical fruit, chalk, melted butter, and vanilla. Aged in bottle for 3 years. On the palate, the grape’s minerality emerges with all its nuances, a wine that can compete with more sophisticated dishes while maintaining its elegance. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with delicate dishes.
