Still white Chablis AOC, 12.5% ABV, produced by Albert Pic et Fils, the oldest Chablis house, founded in 1755. 100% Chardonnay, 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A wine that embodies the elegance and minerality typical of Chablis, a classic Burgundy. The vineyards, located at the foot of the hills, have allowed Baron Patrick de Ladoucette to create a special cuvée, Pic 1er (Premier), which adds to the estate’s traditional range of wines. Fruity and floral bouquet, accompanied by herbaceous notes and delicate mineral notes. Straw yellow. On the palate, the wine is fresh, well-structured, and minerally, a true delight for lovers of French white wines.
