A still red from Veneto, produced by Allegrini, one of Italy’s leading wineries, with vineyards on the Fumane hills. 0.75L bottle, 2024 vintage. A Valpolicella Classico that embodies Allegrini’s elegance and tradition, with hand-harvested grapes. The 2024 harvest confirmed the importance of strategic agronomic choices, particularly hillside cultivation, which is crucial to ensuring the quality and health of the grapes. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel at a temperature between 25 and 31°C for approximately 9 days. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel. It presents an elegant aromatic profile, with notes of morello cherry, strawberry, and a delicate hint of violet. On the palate, it offers a fresh and harmonious sip, with good acidity that adds liveliness and well-integrated tannins that support the palate.
