A dry still white wine from Greece, 14% ABV, produced by Artemis Karamolegos Santorini. Blend: 90% Assyrtiko, 5% Aidani, 5% Athiri. 0.75L bottle, 2022 vintage. A wine that embodies the essence of Santorini, with a winemaking process that enhances the characteristics of the volcanic terroir. The wine ages on its lees for a minimum of 12 months. A fruity nose with broad stone fruit, floral, and herbaceous aromas combined with classic intense minerality. Gentle structure, fresh acidity, and a lingering finish.
