Still white wine from Collio, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, 13% ABV, produced by Attems – Frescobaldi. 100% Ribolla Gialla, 2022 vintage. A wine that embodies the history and passion of Attems, with roots in Collio since 1506. Aged in barrels for 6 months, then 2 months in concrete. Once bottled, the wine ages in the bottle for an additional 2 months. The penetrating aroma ranges from yellow dandelion flowers and white lime blossoms, with a hint of hazelnut that gives way to notes of vanilla, white pepper, and smoke. Bright yellow with golden highlights. On the palate, it is explosive, with a vibrant acidity typical of the variety that perfectly complements the solid structure. The very long finish offers an aftertaste of mandarin, spices, and a hint of marine flavor.
