Aromatic still white wine, 14% ABV, produced by Cavit in Trentino-Alto Adige. 100% Gewürztraminer, 2024 vintage. A wine that embodies the elegance and richness of the Trentino terroir, with grapes sourced from the well-exposed hills of Roveré della Luna and the Adige Valley. On the nose, it is intense and rich, with very intense notes of tea rose and subtle nuances of spices, such as thyme and juniper. A luminous golden yellow color with bright reflections highlights a great consistency. On the palate, the wine is elegant and structured, well-balanced, almost creamy. The aftertaste is very rich and lingering, evoking aromas of rose, apricot, and dried pineapple.
