Classic Method Extra Brut Rosé Sparkling Wine, produced by Ca dei Frati, a historic winery since 1782. VSQ, 0.75L bottle. A tribute to the elegance of the Garda region, with a very fine perlage. The nose is extremely elegant with saline notes that give way to hints of small red fruits and rose petals. Dusty pink in color. On the palate, it is pleasant and flavorful, with fruity flavors reverberating throughout and reaffirming its elegance. The bubbles are delicate and caressing, and the saline sensation and freshness highlight this sparkling wine’s easy drinking qualities. Aged for approximately 24 months on the lees, followed by 4 months in the bottle after disgorgement.
