Classic method brut sparkling wine from Lombardy, 12.5% ABV, produced by Ca‘ del Bosco. Blend: 65% Chardonnay, 22% Pinot Noir, 13% Pinot Blanc. 1.50L magnum, 2020 vintage. A Franciacorta Vintage Collection Dosaggio Zero that celebrates the excellence of the terroir, with hand-picked and carefully vinified grapes. The palate is creamy, with a fine, well-blended foam; the aromas are balanced and rich. The finish is long and elegant. Aromatic notes of citron, Smith apple, kiwi, lemon verbena, and resinous notes.
