Sebino IGT still red wine, 13.5% ABV, produced by Ca‘ del Bosco, a renowned Franciacorta winery. Blend: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Cabernet Franc, 25% Merlot. 0.75L bottle, 2021 vintage. A red that embodies the excellence of the region, born from the passion of Maurizio Zanella and the expert vinification of grapes from Ca‘ del Bosco’s finest vineyards. The nose is fruity and spicy: black cherry and raspberry jam, vanilla, and cloves. A fairly concentrated ruby red color. Its drinkability is in line with its nose: opulent, consistent, and with tannins still settling. A wine that promises a long evolution and pairs perfectly with red meats, game, and aged cheeses.
