Sebino IGT still white wine, produced by Ca‘ del Bosco, 2020 vintage. A 100% Chardonnay that highlights the terroir’s vocation. The grapes come from eight select vineyards and are vinified using the Ca‘ del Bosco method. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in small oak barrels, followed by aging on the lees for nine months and three years and six months in the bottle. The wine is not subject to oxidative stress.
