Still red Sangiovese Superiore Riserva Volo d’Aquila, 2021 vintage, 14.5% ABV, produced by Cantina Forlì Predappio in Emilia-Romagna. 0.75 l bottle. A wine born in the hills of Romagna, from Sangiovese grapes grown on clay-limestone soils. The wine is made using traditional techniques, with careful temperature control and maceration duration. Aged in oak barrels to enhance the varietal’s characteristics. Full-bodied and enveloping, with notes of undergrowth, wood, red fruits, and hints of violet flowers. The wine is warm with soft tannins that blend well with the freshness, providing balance and harmony.
