Still organic Barolo Riserva, produced by Cavallotto in Castiglione Falletto, in the heart of Piedmont. 0.75-liter bottle, 2017 vintage. A Barolo with great structure, yet elegant and complex, born from the passion of a family that has cultivated the vineyards on the Bricco Boschis hill since 1928. Initially fruity, then floral, then spicy, open and intense aromas evolve over time. Deep garnet red color. A wine that tells the story of a land and a family, perfect for pairing with red meats and aged cheeses.
