Classic Method Extra Brut Champagne, produced by Chartogne Taillet, from the Champagne region of France. 100% Chardonnay. 0.75 L bottle, 2020 vintage. A Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru that embodies the excellence of Champagne, with a production history dating back to 1485. Floral and fruity aromas on the nose, accompanied by notes of bread crust that testify to the long aging on the lees. Fine perlage. Straw yellow color with golden highlights. On the palate, the wine is fresh, elegant, and persistent, with a complex structure and a long finish. Ideal with fish dishes, but also as a luxurious aperitif.
