A still red Veneto IGT, 14% ABV, produced by Negrar – Domini Veneti, with Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes. Vintage 2024. A passito wine made from dried grapes that expresses the Valpolicella tradition. A complex aroma with notes of cherry and vanilla. Ruby red in color with more evolved nuances. Harmonious, full-bodied, and velvety on the palate, with a long finish and spicy notes. It pairs very well with all types of red meat, both grilled and braised, and is excellent with aged cheeses. Serve at 14-16°C.
