Elio Grasso Barolo Gavarini Chiniera 2021, a still red from Piedmont, 100% Nebbiolo. 0.75L bottle, 14.5% ABV. A Barolo that expresses the excellence of the Gavarini Chiniera cru, with an aroma ranging from ripe cherry to licorice, cinchona, and balsamic notes. Aged in 25-hectoliter Slavonian oak barrels. A wine with great structure and aging potential, awarded 97 points by Vinous and 96 by Decanter.
