Still red, Barbera d’Alba DOC, 13% ABV, produced by Giovanni Rosso in Piedmont, 2024 vintage. 100% Barbera. Fermentation lasts approximately 10-15 days with daily pumping over and mid-term delestage. Aged in 50-hl French oak barrels for several months. A Barbera that expresses the grape’s freshness and vivacity, with notes of plum, raspberry, blueberry, and wisteria. On the palate, it offers beautiful harmony, vibrant acidity, and freshness.
