Extra brut classic method Champagne from the Champagne region of France, 12% ABV, produced by Harlin Pere et Fils. Blend: 43% Chardonnay, 39% Pinot Noir, 18% Pinot Meunier. A sensory escape that celebrates the sophistication of Champagne. For three generations, we have shared our passion for vines and wine. The nose is open, intense, and seductive. Initial impressions reveal notes of white flowers and orange blossoms, then transition to aromas of white fruit and fennel. Bright yellow-green with golden highlights. On the palate, it is savory and driven by the freshness of citrus, enhanced by a low dosage.
