Chardonnay Toscana IGT, 14.5% ABV, produced by Isole e Olena. 100% Chardonnay. A white wine that expresses the excellence of Tuscany. The nose opens with spicy and roasted notes, followed by gooseberry, broom, aromatic herbs, citrus, and incense. A deep and luminous straw color. On the palate, it has plenty of character, thanks to its impeccable balance and uncommon aromatic persistence. Awarded 94/100 by James Suckling. Ideal with cavatelli with zucchini flowers, mussels, and saffron.
