Still white wine from Alto Adige DOC, 13.5% ABV, 100% Pinot Bianco, produced by Hofstatter. 0.75 L bottle, 2022 vintage. A wine that embodies the history of a family that has dedicated itself to viticulture for five generations, with particular attention to the classification of individual plots. A very elegant wine with a complex and harmonious bouquet. It offers fruity aromas and a finely balanced acidity, perfect for pairing with delicate dishes and enhancing the flavors of the region.
