Extra Brut Classic Method Champagne, produced by Jacques Lassaigne. 12% ABV, 100% Chardonnay. 0.75 L bottle. A Blanc de Blancs made in Montgueux, known as the Montrachet of Champagne. Fine and elegant aromas of yeast, citrus, fresh fruit, acacia blossoms, and almond milk. The palate is fresh and savory, full-bodied and succulent, smooth and with excellent structure, a perfect expression of its aromatic richness.
