A still white wine from Pouilly-Fuissé, a renowned Burgundy appellation, 13% ABV, produced by Joseph Drouhin. 100% Chardonnay, 2022 vintage. A wine that embodies the elegance and finesse of Burgundian Chardonnay, with a vinification that respects tradition and terroir. Slow and gentle pressing, without artificial yeasts or enzymes, to preserve the purity of the fruit. Aged for 6-8 months partly in steel tanks and partly in oak barrels. Golden yellow with greenish highlights. Floral and fruity aromas on the nose, dominated by hints of almond and ripe grapes. A refreshing and ethereal wine with a long and lingering finish. Perfect with fish, seafood, and poultry.
