A bright ruby red in color. Cherry and blackberry aromas are evident in the nose. The wood note combined with cinnamon and vanilla components elegantly round off the fragrance. The tannin is pleasantly softly integrated into the wine. The cherry fruitiness is clearly palatable and, with the barrique note and the delicate vanilla aromas, forms an absolute taste experience. A top companion for game dishes, beef fillet, veal and spicy cheeses. Not to forget, a fine accompaniment to dark chocolate.
