Organic Brut Classic Method Champagne, produced by Marc Augustin, France. 100% Pinot Noir. A champagne born from the passion of Emmanuelle, Marc’s wife, who drew inspiration from biodynamic principles in creating her cuvées. Fruity aromas on the nose, accompanied by notes of pastry and hints of coffee. Straw yellow. On the palate, the wine is balanced, energetic, and persistent.
