Extra Brut Champagne, 12.5% ABV, produced by Marteaux Guillame. Blend: 45% Chardonnay, 36% Pinot Meunier, 19% Pinot Noir. 0.75L bottle. A Champagne excellence, aged for 6 years on the lees, enhancing its complexity. The marly, clay-limestone soil gives the wine a unique minerality. The nose is fresh and complex, with aromas of peach, pear, sweet notes of honey, and buttery brioche notes. A golden hue that invites tasting.
