Still white wine from Piedmont, 13.5% ABV, produced by Oddero. 100% Timorasso blend. 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A wine born from the Oddero family’s passion, rooted in the 18th century, and their dedication to viticulture in the Langhe region. An intriguing aromatic palette unfolds with notes of pineapple, white peach, plum, mandarin, and white melon, followed by orange blossom, hints of vegetal and aromatic herbs, hazelnut, and mineral notes. Straw-yellow tending toward gold, it’s an enveloping palate with a superb balance of freshness and savory flavors, showcasing character and refinement.
