Classic method pas dosé Champagne, produced by Horiot Olivier et Serge. A blend of Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir. A champagne that expresses the purity of Champagne, paying homage to tradition and terroir. Citrus notes on the nose, accompanied by notes of bread crust. Straw yellow. On the palate, the wine is fresh and lively.
