Still white wine from Burgundy, 14% ABV, produced by Philippe Pacalet. 100% Chardonnay. 0.75L bottle, 2023 vintage. A Meursault that embodies the elegance and complexity of great Burgundy whites, crafted by a producer whose philosophy is naturalness. Fruity aromas on the nose, accompanied by floral notes, herald a palate of great finesse. Straw yellow in the glass, the wine is broad, deep, and silky on the palate, with a persistence that invites further tasting.
