Beschreibung
A red wine, dry and slightly tannic, with plum and cherry aromas accompanied by a light spiciness. It comes from soil derived from the drainage of ancient glaciers. Harvested at the beginning of October, it ferments in steel and after a hot post-fermentation maceration with pumping over, it is refined in vats.
