A Blanc de Blancs that expresses the excellence of Chardonnay through a fine and persistent perlage. Vinification in a 100% concrete egg-shaped tank. Malolactic fermentation completed. Aged for 48 months (34 months on the lees). A tribute to the terroir, with fruity aromas blending with notes of bread crust, creating a unique sensory experience.
