San Simone was born in Friuli from a family that has always believed in the extraordinary winemaking potential of their land and boasts over a hundred years of experience in winemaking. Fine, delicate, and persistent perlage. It has a complex, inviting, and ample fruity aromas, particularly white peach and apple, with subtle hints of ripe fruit and a fragrant, slightly musky aromatic note. Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Harmonious, savory, persistent, moderately alcoholic, with freshness and liveliness. A pleasant mineral note finishes.
