Still red wine Verona IGT, 12.5% ABV, produced by Casa Sartori 1898. Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Corvina, and Merlot. 0.75-liter bottle, 2024 vintage. A wine born from the passion of a family that has been producing quality wines in Veneto since 1898. The grapes, harvested slightly overripe, are dried for approximately 25 days, a process that gives the wine greater concentration and complexity. Intense aromas of cherries, wild blackberries, and raspberries emerge from the glass, along with the unmistakable aroma of red roses and a hint of pink pepper. On the palate, it offers a resolute drinkability, perfectly tannic and endowed with a savory flavor, with a long and pleasant aftertaste of red fruits on the finish.
