A still red from California, 15% ABV, produced by Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars, one of Napa Valley’s leading wineries. Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot, a blend that perfectly expresses the terroir’s power and elegance. 0.75 L bottle, 2021 vintage. A Cabernet Sauvignon that has made wine history, a tribute to the legendary 1976 „Judgment of Paris.“ On the nose and palate, this wine opens with rich layers of dark, inky, blue, and black fruits: blackcurrant, rum cherry, and prune, along with notes of crushed walnut, dried rose petals, orange pekoe tea, and delicate violet. Secondary notes of star anise, cedar, and clove also emerge, a nod to the well-integrated oak aging. The wine is bold, opulent, and balanced, with a creamy texture and perfectly integrated tannins that lead to a long, savory finish of espresso, dark chocolate, and cocoa, with crisp acidity and a fresh, minty character.
