A still red from California, 15% ABV, produced by Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars. Blend: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Petit Verdot. 0.75 L bottle, 2021 vintage. A Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon that carries the history of a legendary winery, famous for winning the Judgment of Paris in 1976. On the palate, ripe dark plum, black cherry, classic red currant, and hibiscus blossoms support the savory lavender and bay notes of the chaparral, while the fruit remains bright and lively, enveloping the palate with a medium-full body and mouth-watering appeal.
