A still red from Tuscany IGT, 13.5% ABV, produced by Tenuta di Carleone. Vintage 2021. A Sangiovese that embodies the passion and experience of Sean O’Callaghan’s thirtieth harvest. Fermentation in concrete and open-cell vats, with maceration for 40-60 days. Aged for 18 months, 10% in new tonneaux, the remainder in concrete and stainless steel. A wine that promises to best express the character of the Tuscan terroir.
