Still white, semi-aromatic Alto Adige DOC, 13.5% ABV, produced by Cantina Terlano in Trentino-Alto Adige, 2024 vintage. 100% Sauvignon. A Sauvignon that expresses the minerality of the Terlano terroir, with aromas of apricot, mandarin, passion fruit, elderflower, nettle, and mint. Intense straw yellow in color, with delicate acidity and a minerally, aromatic finish. Excellent with fish, goat’s cheese, and vegetarian dishes.
