Fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks for approximately 10 days. Aged in stainless steel. Delicately fruity, fresh, and harmonious. Bright straw yellow. Savory, fresh, and pleasantly smooth. A wine that invites conviviality and the discovery of local flavors.
