A Pinot Noir that embodies the essence of the Champagne terroir, with an approach to organic farming and a particular focus on sustainability. Eight-day maceration extracts the aromas and tannins that give the wine depth and harmonious complexity. Aged in barrique for 20 months. It stands out for its aromas of ripe red fruit, spicy notes, and silky texture, offering an unforgettable tasting experience.
