Still red wine from Veneto, Valpolicella Classico Superiore, 14% ABV, produced by Viviani. Blend: 75% Corvina, 20% Rondinella, 5% Molinara. 0.75L bottle, 2020 vintage. A Valpolicella born from the passion of the Viviani family, who have cultivated their vineyards in Mazzano di Negrar since 1936. Aged for 18 months in barrique and 6 months in bottle. On the nose, it offers small red fruits and flowers, vegetal notes, sweet spices, and a light humus. Clear garnet color. The palate is balanced, with velvety tannins that support the long finish with hints of citrus and hints of iron.
