Still white wine produced by La Scolca in Piedmont, 12% ABV, 2023 vintage. A Gavi „Il Valentino“ that embodies the freshness and distinctiveness of Cortese, the flagship grape of this denomination. Located in the prestigious terroir of Rovereto di Gavi, the Soldati estate and family are renowned for elevating the Cortese grape, creating the celebrated Gavi dei Gavi®. Characteristic, refined, and pleasantly fresh on the nose. Pale straw yellow in color. Delicate, dry, well-formed, full-bodied, and persistent on the palate.
