A brut classic method sparkling wine produced in South Africa by Simonsig, a historic winery in the Stellenbosch region. 12.5% ABV, 100% Chardonnay. 0.75 L bottle, 2017 vintage. A Blanc de Blancs that celebrates the excellence of the classic method, following in the footsteps of founder Frans Malan. Aromas of lemon and lime blossom are enriched with hints of hazelnut, apple, and freshly baked bread. Splendid acidity lends extraordinary persistence to this prestigious cuvée. An exceptionally fine perlage makes it the perfect accompaniment to appetizers and fish dishes.
