Still organic red wine, Chianti Classico DOCG, 100% Sangiovese, produced by Bibbiano in Tuscany. 2024 vintage, 13% ABV. Fermentation for 16 days in stainless steel, aging for 12 months in concrete vats. Delicate aromas of orange peel, intense violets and roses. Purple highlights on a deep ruby red. Red berries of blackcurrant, strawberry, and cherry with light notes of peach and vanilla. Ideal with meat, game, cheeses, and pork.
