Italian extra virgin olive oil, produced by Castello di Ama in Tuscany, 2024 vintage. 0.50 l bottle. An oil born from the passion and dedication of Castello di Ama, founded in 1976 with the goal of restoring a prestigious winery to its former glory. The hand-picked Correggiolo, Moraiolo, Leccino, and Frantoio olives are pressed on the same day in the mill to preserve their fragrance and nutritional value. On the nose, it has a distinctive fruity and fresh aroma, with nuances reminiscent of chlorophyll. On the palate, it is fragrant, well-balanced, and rounded, with a characteristic slightly spicy and bitterish flavor.
