Still organic red, Tintilia del Molise DOC, 13.5% ABV, produced by Claudio Cipressi. 100% Tintilia, 2018 vintage. A wine that embodies Claudio Cipressi’s passion for his homeland, Molise, and the native Tintilia grape. Maceration for a minimum of 12 days, never exceeding 25-28 degrees C. Aged for 36 months in stainless steel and 6 months in bottle. Red in color with garnet highlights. Balsamic and spicy notes dominate on the nose, anticipating a soft, rounded, and enveloping palate.
