Organic red from Tuscany, Colli della Toscana Centrale IGT, 15% ABV, produced by Fontodi. 100% Syrah. 0.75L bottle, 2021 vintage. A Syrah that expresses the excellence of Fontodi, a historic Chianti Classico winery, with organic cultivation that respects nature and the terroir. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks with punching down and temperature control for at least 3 weeks. Aged in Troncais and Allier barriques for 12 months. It stands out with captivating notes of dried plums and black cherries, mocha, camphor, musk, and balsamic hints. Full ruby red color. It unleashes a rich softness on the palate, tempered by a vibrant phenolic mass and authoritative acidity.
