Produced in the historic Santa Téa mill, this Laudemio is an inimitable expression of the fruit, the place, and the producer’s craftsmanship. Processed within 10 hours of harvest, in a continuous cycle in the absence of oxygen under nitrogen, with cold extraction. Emerald green in color, harmonious flavor with a pronounced herbaceous sensation and light notes of green tomato, elegant. Excellent on risotto and zucchini and artichoke flan.
