Franciacorta Demetra Brut Nature sparkling wine, 12.5% ABV, produced by Mirabella. Blend: 65% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir, 10% Pinot Blanc. 0.75L bottle, 2019 vintage. A Franciacorta born from the passion of a group of Brescian professionals passionate about viticulture and oenology. Must fermented within 3 hours of harvesting the grapes, pressing the three varietals separately with limited yields (50%), and using only the free-run must. Fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C, 80% in concrete tanks and 20% in multi-use oak barrels. Aged for a minimum of 60 months on the lees in the bottle and at least 6 months after disgorgement. Freshly baked bread and yeast, mixed with yellow fruit and white flowers, pleasant citrus notes. Intense straw yellow with bright golden reflections. Decisive, dry, persistent, a combination of great balance and elegance.
