Extra Brut Classic Method sparkling wine, 12.5% ABV, produced by Pedrotti Spumanti in Trentino-Alto Adige, 2016 vintage. 100% Chardonnay. An Extra Brut Riserva that expresses the excellence of the Trentino terroir, with a long aging process that enhances its complexity. On the nose, intense, complex, and very refined, it evokes candied citrus and then opens to spicy and toasted notes. Fresh, savory, and balanced, with a finish that invites another sip.
