A still white from the Aosta Valley, a 2023 Valle d’Aosta DOC Pinot Gris produced by Rosset Terroir. A wine born from a passion for the mountains and heroic viticulture, with grapes grown at high altitude. Fine, floral, and fruity, this wine expresses the purity and freshness of Pinot Grigio. The winery was born from a shared dream of the Rosset-Levi family, distillers for generations, deeply rooted in the mountains and artisanal know-how. Straw yellow in the glass, with an aromatic profile reminiscent of the delicacy of white flowers and the juiciness of fresh fruit. Dry, with good acidity and aromaticity, it’s the perfect wine to accompany light dishes and aperitifs.
