A Charmat method brut sparkling wine from the Marche region, 12% ABV, produced by Velenosi. 100% Passerina. A Passerina Brut that celebrates the freshness and elegance of this native Marche grape, with a history dating back to 1984. Fine and persistent perlage. Intense and elegant nuances of white fruit and citron with delicate floral and fragrant notes of acacia blossom. Bright yellow with silvery reflections. Freshness and savory character are evident. Intense aromas of white flowers, delicate notes of pome fruit, and lively citrus sensations, pleasantly contrasted by the softness and tantalizing sparkle. Excellent persistence with a pleasing harmony between the nose and palate.
